The project was an adaptive re-use of a vacant and dilapidated car dealership. The space was transformed into a secured airport parking facility, complete with unique customer conveniences. The existing building, previously designed to be used as shop space, was retained but converted into covered parking. A translucent, backlit wall, frames the covered parking entry. The visitors’ building offers luxuries such as an internet café hotspot, executive centers, dry cleaning, and car detailing. The end-product is a signature building that integrates the Park It Here brand into the organization, location, lighting, color scheme, and textures of its design.
