GE5 Townhomes
The GE5 Townhomes were an adaptive reuse infill project, consisting of five modern townhomes, located in a former parking lot on the edge of a historic district. The design is a careful and deliberate filtration between modern and historic architecture; resulting in a clean design that seamlessly captures the playful interchange between old and new, that is undeniably modern in scope and feel. The three-storied townhomes each contain a two-car garage, and are designed as live-work units. The ground floor level is designed as a work/flex space. The second and third floors are resident and offer sweeping views of the historic Downtown Memphis.
