An existing car dealership was looking to expand their sales into the green market, so archimania created a design that allowed the addition to appear to be an independent facility in character and execution, while still complimenting the neighboring original dealership. The expansion capitalizes on a minimalist design approach that results in the space, materials, and textures to act as a dramatic backdrop to the cars themselves. The facility’s linear design takes advantage of the existing movement and energy of the neighboring dealership, all while integrating its own program specifications and creating its own signature.
