Renovation of a 1 bedroom condominium located within a 1980’s residential tower in downtown Memphis. One of the best features of this condominium is the sweeping view of the Mississippi River. The design maximizes views by eliminating walls and opening up the kitchen to the dining/living space. The walnut millwork contrasts the light oak floors while the white countertop and walls enhance the light and open qualities of the space.
