Townsend Residence
Designed for a California graphic designer and woodworker, the walls of this cozy residence are lined with select pieces from the owner’s personal collection. The design layout was intended to maximize the kitchen space and provide connection with the living area.
The space is delineated by an expanded millwork component. This allows residents and guests alike to walk with ease through it and hides the pantry, wine fridge and bar area. With plenty of open shelves, bookcases; storage is easily found for entertainment, books and records.
